At Faze Optics, we are committed to providing you with high-quality sunglasses that you will love. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy in accordance with UK law to ensure your satisfaction.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) within the 14-day period.
Returning Your Product
If you wish to return your sunglasses, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Notify us of your intent to return the product within 14 days of receipt by emailing us at sales@fazeoptics.com.
- Prepare Your Return: Ensure that the sunglasses are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, including any accessories, protective cases, and cleaning cloths. Make sure to include your order number, email, and name on a piece of paper inside the parcel, along with whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
- Return Shipping: Send the sunglasses back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to return. Please use a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@fazeoptics.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
Exclusions
Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sunglasses that have been worn or used, unless they are faulty.
